Computer Equipment Recycling Service - North GA
PC Avenues, located in Jasper, Georgia, has added computer equipment recycling to our list of services we offer.
We take the obsolete electronics cluttering your storage areas or offices, dismantle these items, and recycle them as scrap. This scrap is fully recycled using a strict Zero Landfill process. This process converts the scrap into usable steel, copper, plastics, glass, and aluminum for manufacturing of new products. Not one piece goes into landfills.
And even better, all recycled equipment is processed right here in Metro Atlanta and is recycled to meet or exceed the Environmental Protection Agency’s standards.
Our company comes to your location and loads the equipment. For that reason, we charge a minimum fee of $35.00 for pickup service. In some cases, the standard fee may be waived for removal of equipment manufactured within the last 5 years.
Below is a listing of the type of equipment we will pickup and related fees (if applicable). Fees are determined by weight for most items. For others, such as CRT monitors, battery backups, printers, and copy machines, we charge by the unit. We are required to pay disposal fees for items containing materials such as lead and toner which are not recyclable.

- $0.47/Lb. - Computers, laptops, servers, software CDs/DVDs, surge protectors, power supplies, ac adapters, networking equipment(switches, routers, etc), CD/DVD devices, tape drives, hard drives, laptop docking stations, cables and wires, motherboards, keyboards, mice, lcd monitors, and cellular devices.
- $0.62/Lb. - Large stand alone printers and copy machines
- $5.95/ea. - Projectors, scanners, fax machines, network/telco racks and cabinets, battery backups, and desktop printers.
- $14.00 for one/$7.00 for each additional - Desktop copy machines and CRT monitors
